Chael Sonnen returned to TSN's Off The Record this week and spoke to host Michael Landsberg about his training relationship with former pro-wrestler Stone Cold Steve Austin:<br><Br>
"Part of my arrangement with Mr. Austin is that I don't get too into it. So you're going to have to let me side step this one. But look, this isn't anything new. I've worked with him for the last three fights." (Bisping, Stann, Silva)<Br><br>
"He's a strength and conditioning coach. He has me out to the ranch, and he puts me through hell for 30 days. And that's what we use to jump start our training, basically. That's it. He doesn't want to be involved and I'm not going to involve him."<Br><Br>

Dan Henderson will face Jon Jones in what could be his last chance to secure gold before his career winds down for one last time and spoke about his thoughts on the fight and also gave his opinion on Jon Jones performance against Rashad Evans last month:<Br><Br>
"The most surprising thing was what Rashad Evans didn't do, not what Jon Jones did do. It was more about what Rashad didn't attempt. In the first round he kind of mixed it up a little but, but he still didn't get offensive with his wrestling at all, didn't try to set it up, didn't try and control the fight with his wrestling…. With Jones trying to hit you in the face so much, there were definitely some opening where he could have capitalized, but Rashad didn't really try to. He fought Jon Jones' fight."<Br><Br><Br>

It happened again.<BR><BR>
Nick Diaz no-showed his internet pay-per-view main event BJJ match against Braulio Estima at the World Jiu-Jitsu Expo tonight in California.<BR><BR>
There had been rumors throughout the evening that Diaz was not in the building, however it wasn't until just before the scheduled match that Diaz's trainer Cesar Gracie confirmed he was going to be a no-show for the event.<BR><BR>
Diaz was apparently upset that Estima's camp believed Estima wouldn't be able to make the 180-pound weight limit, however Estima ended up making the weight anyways.<BR><BR>

Dustin Poirier is rising up the UFC featherweight ranks and could see himself in title contention with a win next week over Chan-Sung Jung when the two meet at UFC on FUEL TV 3 Tuesday night and spoke about taking advantage of situations this week while talking to MMAWeekly Radio:<Br><Br>
“Sometimes I think about it. Like, just a couple fights ago if I had said I’m finishing fights, and I’m beating good guys; I want a title shot. I could have said that after I beat Pablo Garza. I just want to learn and be ready. When it’s my time to fight for the belt, I want to be ready. I want to take full advantage it,” Poirier told MMAWeekly Radio.<Br><Br>
Poirier recognized the dangers in fighting and just how quickly a fight can derail you:<BR><Br>
“It’s dangerous sometimes. What if one of those knees or punches would have slipped through and caught me on the chin when I fought a new guy like Max Holloway? Some fights are dangerous. The media might have built it like that, the guy didn’t have a bunch of fights, nobody knew who he was, but I knew he was dangerous and I knew he was hungry,” said Poirier.
“So it was just as dangerous as if I was fighting him or the Korean Zombie. Every fight I learn so much.”<Br><br>

WIth the list of big name challengers for Jose Aldo to face in the UFC's featherweight division, it should come as no surprise that he opened up as a huge favorite at some sports books this week for his July title defense against Erik Koch.<Br><Br>
Kock comes in to the bout as a +285 underdog while the champion comes in as a -385 favorite.<Br><Br>
Also has successfully defended the featherweight title five times since winning it from Mike Brown in 2009 when it was still the WEC Featherweight title. In his last fight he stopped Chad Mendes inside the first round with a knockout.<Br><Br>
Koch has won his last four fights, his last a decision win over TUF winner Jonathan Brookins in September 2011.<Br><Br>
UFC 149 takes place in Calgary, AB on July 21st.<Br><Br>
